Terms Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. Jackson County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy controls its handling of the query.
Email and Other Messages
If you email or send a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected
